Job description
Leading apparel company is looking for an Associate Decoration Developer to focus on decoration (trims, logos, twill, patches, silicone, woven labels, etc).

Duration:

4 months

Hybrid:

Onsite Tue-Th, Remote M/F

Location:

TAMPA Pay rate: $24-29.75/hr
This individual will help with reviewing decorated samples, data entry in Airtable, and organizing submits.
Associate Decoration Developers plays a role as part of the production creation in assisting the developer in development of decorations across all leagues & business channels from concept to commercialization, maintaining trackers, and filing submits with a need to be highly organized, detailed and action oriented with the ability to be flexible and manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure PLM entries are set up and maintained for all decoration development in respective category
Receive and file submits from nominated suppliers
Maintain development trackers
Maintain relevant data for metric reporting/adoption ratio

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge of decoration techniques.
Experience in graphic art/print knowledge, and production would be a plus.
Must be deadline driven and have a pro-active and creative approach to problem solving.
Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency and intuitive sense of priorities and accuracy.
Proficient in PLM, databases, Adobe Illustrator, Airtable, and MS Office applications.
