Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Security Architect to join our cybersecurity team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing endpoint protection strategies across Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on automation, container security, and zero-trust frameworks.
As an Endpoint Security Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements, implement technical solutions, and maintain high standards of system integrity and threat protection across the organization. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust endpoint security solutions across various platforms (Windows, Linux, and mobile devices).
Integrate and maintain security tools such as EDR, antivirus, SIEM
, and vulnerability management solutions.
Support and enhance zero-trust architecture initiatives, ensuring consistent security across all endpoint layers.
Evaluate, test, and deploy container security controls for environments using Docker and Kubernetes
.
Automate security processes and workflows using PowerShell, Python
, or Bash
.
Analyze and respond to security incidents, collaborating with incident response and SOC teams.
Conduct system assessments, gap analysis, and recommend improvements to security architecture.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practice guidelines.
Provide guidance and leadership to junior engineers and cross-functional teams on endpoint security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in endpoint security or a closely related cybersecurity role.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security
, or a related field.
Strong hands-on expertise with Windows and Linux server environments
, including hardening techniques.
Experience securing mobile endpoints (iOS, Android) and implementing MDM solutions.
Familiarity with container security technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes
, and their associated risks.
Deep understanding of zero trust models and related technologies.
Strong experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
Working knowledge of common security frameworks and tools: EDR, antivirus, SIEM, vulnerability scanners

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Certifications (Nice-to-Have):
CISSP
, CISM
, CEH
, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
