Kforce in Tampa, FL is looking for Lead Analysts. A qualified applicant will be planning and executing a variety of methodologies as part of the concept stage in the overall project development of digital user interfaces for websites and applications; Coordinating multiple modeling, simulation and analysis efforts to uncover the best usability solutions; Developing design patterns and interfaces applying an understanding of information architecture, multi-step flows, cross-platform experiences, and path user flow; Creating UI style guides, personas, service blueprints, sitemaps, user flows and wireframes; Designing the front-end of the application and technical enhancements using Figma, Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suites ; Coordinating test validations of the user interfaces, the usability of newly invented features and navigation of web presence and application; Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the user experience based upon the project specification; and documenting modifications and enhancements to the user experience as required by the project.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Architecture or Engineering and one years’ experience in position or one years’ experience in IT or UI/UX Design field (or Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Architecture or Engineering and five years experience in position or five years experience in IT or UI/UX Design field); and experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suites. Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic clients in US required.
Salary:
$67.00 to $90.00/hour.
