About the
Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you ll be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working on both front-end and back-end components and passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain modern web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define and deliver new features.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
Build secure and scalable server-side logic with Node.js and Express.js
.
Create responsive and interactive UI components using React.js
.
Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in both new and legacy codebases.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and incorporate them into the development lifecycle as appropriate.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience as a MERN Stack or Full Stack Developer

Strong proficiency in JavaScript
, including ES6+ features.
Solid experience with front-end technologies like HTML5

, and React.js
.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server communication.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
