Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and Virtual Agent
Experience with AI and Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models)
Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development
Write and maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.)
Create and optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes
Work with Security and Access Control (ACLs, Roles, and Groups) to ensure data protection and compliance
