Sr. Full Stack Engineer w/AngularJS and Java (remote) Sr. Full Stack Engineer w/AngularJS and Java (remote) We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot, AWS and SQL. This role encompasses leadership responsibilities, including different planning strategies. By ensuring robust and efficient system operations, the candidate will play a key role in advancing our company’s mission.

Develop and implement robust software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL to meet business needs.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and optimize applications tailored for Asset & Wealth Management.
Ensure high-quality code through meticulous testing and debugging processes to maintain software reliability and performance.
Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective software development.
Monitor and improve application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate standard methodologies into software development.
Engage in code reviews to ensure alignment with coding standards and improve overall code quality.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Apply agile methodologies to manage project timelines and work efficiently.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools to enhance productivity.
Engage with collaborators to gather feedback and refine software features for better user experience.
Document software design and architecture to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent and 7+ years of demonstrated experience.
Candidate must have the following skillsets: Angular JS, MySQL, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS.
Salary and compensation The annual salary for this position is between $81,337k – $141,500K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
