SoftServe, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to be responsible for operations, development engineering, and implementation of project parts. Perform code review and write complex script(s) from scratch for automation tasks utilizing Bash, Python, and PowerShell. Configure autoscaling/secret management for a containerized environment. Ensure distributing client requests across multiple application servers. Configure roles and permissions management. Protect web applications by monitoring and filtering traffic. Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues. Perform automation of provisioning complex infrastructure by using the “Infrastructure as Code” approach. Adopt CI/CD processes to the business needs and project limitations. Responsible for establishing secure customer data management process along with Project Leadership team which includes but is not limited to data obtaining, exchange, storing, retention and deletion throughout the whole project lifecycle. Follow off-boarding and project closure procedures, fulfilling customer data retention and deletion rules set up on the project according to contract commitments and company policies. Follow Privacy Information and Data Protection company policies to ensure security of customer data that is being used for project purposes. Participate in the entire service lifecycle (from the development process to production support). Resolve the development of high complexity issues according to technical specifications. Analyze and estimate efforts required for project implementation and accomplish the tasks in compliance with a schedule defined by technical management. Design, develop/code, configure, test, troubleshoot, and inspect technical solutions including complex components, and in compliance with the defined engineering standards.

Minimum Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in a closely related occupation with each of the following: Perform code review. Write complex script(s) from scratch for automation tasks utilizing Bash, Python, and PowerShell. Configure autoscaling/secret management for a containerized environment. Ensure distributing client requests across multiple application servers. Configure roles and permissions management. Protect web applications by monitoring and filtering traffic.
