You’ll use our commercial-grade equipment and vehicle, perform high-quality residential and commercial work, and earn a percentage of profits from jobs you bring in and complete. What We Provide A fully equipped commercial work vehicle Commercial-grade pressure washing equipment + soft wash system Full paver sealing setup: cleaning, sanding, sealing Business branding (website, email, CRM, business cards) Admin support and backend systems to help you stay organized Guidance and mentorship from the owner as you scale your role Your Responsibilities Deliver top-quality residential and commercial pressure washing, soft washing, and paver sealing Generate your own leads and book your own jobs Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, HOAs, and more Quote, schedule, and perform services professionally and efficiently Communicate well and follow up consistently to close deals Maintain all vehicle and equipment as needed (company covers maintanence expenses) Compensation Structure Earn 30%-50% of the profit on jobs you generate and complete Lower % for leads provided by the company (TBD) Opportunities for advancement into team leadership Growth Potential Build and lead your own crew as demand increases Scale your income with no cap Long-term potential to grow into a partner-level role
