WebCam Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (in computer sciences or MIS preferred) + 10 years of experience in systems analysis/programming. Proficiency in SDLC, database/application design, SQL, and reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports). Ten (10) years of successful system development, maintenance, support and implementation/integration experience using Visual Studio .Net, C# and SQL Server in application development projects.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with State of Florida Financial Systems (e.g., CDC+, NG-QSI, FRS) is preferred but not required. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Microsoft Certified Solutions/Developer is helpful but not mandatory.
Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop/maintain software applications, debug code, liaise with stakeholders, and support APD’s business systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA (protected health information safeguards).
