We’re seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with proven experience in building native conversational AI frameworks. You will lead the design and development of intelligent agents that can write, react, test, and engage in peer-to-peer AI collaboration. This is a high-impact role with immediate need to fill. Ideal for a forward-thinking technologist based in Central or South Florida. While this role is fully remote, regional residency is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement native conversational AI frameworks from the ground up
• Develop AI agents capable of generating content, performing reactive tasks, testing, and engaging with other AIs
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, design, and deliver new AI capabilities
• Optimize AI performance, security, and scalability
• Continuously test and refine conversational flows for maximum efficiency and realism
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing What We’re Looking For A passionate innovator with 12+ years of professional software development experience , including 4+ years in AI/ML and LLM-based agentic systems .

A strategic thinker who excels in distributed systems design , scalable backend architectures , and API development . A proven leader with experience mentoring teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering high-impact results. An AI enthusiast with expertise in prompt engineering , LLM fine-tuning , and evaluative strategies for agent behavior, task execution, and real-time insights.

• Experience designing frameworks that support peer-to-peer AI interactions
• Familiarity with test-driven development and agent-based architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Must reside in Central or South Florida (required)
