Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires a strong foundation in AI technologies-particularly Generative AI-and hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable, ethical, and high-performing AI implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven business solutions. Design and deploy scalable, secure, and high-impact AI systems. Ensure solutions adhere to quality, data privacy, and responsible AI guidelines. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to build and maintain data pipelines. Provide technical leadership and documentation across the AI solution lifecycle. Evaluate build vs. buy strategies based on available technology. Define AI architecture standards and ensure extensibility of the tech stack. Track and report on AI performance, reliability, and ROI. Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce products and platforms. Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI. Familiarity with data engineering principles and secure, ethical AI practices.
