Seeking a skilled Angular Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and modernization of mission-critical systems for a federal agency. This role involves full lifecycle software development using Angular, Oracle ADF, and Java EE, while incorporating DevOps best practices and AI/ML tooling to accelerate code transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Angular and ADF-based solution development and modernization efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, Cloud Architects, and Business Analysts. Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline system delivery. Conduct system analysis, design, integration, and performance tuning. Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient application architecture. Manage testing, QA, documentation, and vulnerability remediation.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of software development experience. 5+ years with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular). 3+ years architecting enterprise Angular applications. Proficiency in Oracle ADF and Java EE. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with AI/ML tools for code transformation (e.g., CodeWhisperer, Amazon Q). Prior experience in federal IT modernization efforts.
