Contract-Based We are seeking a skilled AWS Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing containerized applications on Amazon EKS. In this role, you’ll work with DevOps and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions using modern infrastructure-as-code and observability tools. At Saarthee, we are on a mission to empower businesses through data and technology. As a fast-growing, women-owned analytics consulting firm, we work with Fortune 500 clients to deliver scalable, cloud-native, and data-driven solutions. We are expanding our cloud engineering team and are currently looking for an experienced AWS Engineer with expertise in Amazon EKS and Kubernetes to support a high-impact engagement in Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage containerized workloads using Amazon EKS and Kubernetes Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Helm Implement security best practices, auto-scaling, monitoring, and logging for Kubernetes clusters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployments Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK stack Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and services Deep understanding of Amazon EKS, Kubernetes architecture, and containerization (Docker) Proficient with Terraform, Helm, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline) Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK stack, etc. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with best practices in cloud-native environments What We Offer Bootstrapped and financially stable with high pre-money evaluation Exposure to global clients and enterprise-grade infrastructure Work in a high-performance, learning-oriented environment Flexible engagement model with structured support from cloud leaders Opportunity to contribute to high-impact cloud transformation initiatives A culture built on empathy, excellence, and accountability—we invest in our people through mentorship, continuous learning, and a focus on long-term development
