As an Onshore Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. You will play a key role in driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering robust and scalable solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and manipulation.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologieives to dr innovation.

• Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL for API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Hybris integration is a Must.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
