Quantitative Developer (Founding Member) Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Are you a Quantitative Developer interested in becoming a founding member of a new systematic fund? My client is a new fund looking for their first Quantitative Developer to help build their new trading infrastructure and to then become an equity partner in the firm after one year. If you are excited about starting from the ground up with a new quant fund with all the upside that comes with that, then this is the position for you. What’s the Job? As the Founding Quantitative Developer, you will oversee the buildout of their entire trading system. They are trading across various asset classes including equities, fixed income and crypto.

You work will include:

1) Algorithm Implementation Translate models from the Quantitative Researchers into live trading code. 2) Trading System Development Build the core trading application; Integrate with Interactive Brokers API. 3) Data Pipeline Creation Create data feeds from Factset and IBKR. 4) Backtesting Framework 5) Infrastructure Management Compensation $175,000 Base Salary The goal of the firm is to raise significant capital in one year after building a successful track record and converting you to an equity partner with considerable financial upside involved going forward. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience building out the trading system in a startup environment elsewhere (systematic equity or crypto fund for example).
