//www.sonda.com/en/home We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Solutions Engineer with a strong background in IT infrastructure and integration to support our business development efforts across mid-sized enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical experience in datacenter environments with pricing expertise and vendor alignment, particularly in the context of integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical-commercial expert for infrastructure solutions including virtualization, servers, storage, networking, and switches. Develop customized proposals and solution designs in partnership with presales and sales teams.

Support the full sales cycle:

from opportunity identification to closure, ensuring accurate pricing and competitive positioning. Engage with technology vendors and service providers to structure cost-effective and scalable solutions. Assist in building offers that combine hardware, software, and managed services (e.g., Device as a Service). Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and integration partners to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in IT infrastructure (datacenter, networking, virtualization, storage). Previous background in systems integration companies (preferably similar to SONDA or mid-sized IT integrators). Strong understanding of solution pricing, margin management, and commercial modeling. Technical hands-on experience earlier in career (e.g., field technician or infrastructure engineer) is a strong plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with DaaS, managed services, or vendor-partner ecosystems is preferred.
