We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and ensure project success with various luxury high-rise residential and hotel projects. This role will have the potential for firm ownership in the future. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively as a Project Manager.
Utilize Revit software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and staff, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to incorporate best practices into project workflows. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in architectural design/ project management
Extensive experience with high-rise/ high density projects Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
Architect license
