Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules to design, implement, and optimize workflows and applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with process owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Design and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge. Develop client/server scripts, business rules, and UI actions using JavaScript and Glide. Integrate external tools via
REST/SOAP
APIs to ensure seamless data flow. Customize Service Catalogs and create dynamic workflows using Flow Designer. Collaborate with QA and business teams for requirement gathering and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and conduct routine maintenance. Perform upgrades and patches with minimal disruption to services. Maintain documentation for development standards and platform configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:
8+ years in ServiceNow development.
Platform:
Hands-on with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer.
Scripting:
Proficiency in JavaScript (Glide API), HTML/CSS.
Integration:
Experience with
REST, SOAP, MID
Server. Certifications (Nice-to-Have):
CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
Soft Skills:
