Developer Role Overview:

This position prioritizes design expertise over development skills. The ideal candidate will transform unstructured branding materials into a cohesive, modern platform using CSS variables, ensuring performance, accessibility, and mobile compatibility (HTML5).

Key Traits:

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate in their language. A design portfolio showcasing original work (not just coded websites). Expertise in front-end technologies and design principles. Experience with design systems (not just design libraries). Knowledge in usability, human factors engineering (HFE), design principles, and color theory.

Required Skills:

Graphic Design Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma CSS Animations Hierarchical, scoped CSS without libraries SVG programming Semantic HTML for SEO and accessibility (a11y) / JSX ES6 /

JavaScript Technologies Not Used:

Bootstrap, MUI, Tachyons, Tailwind, CRA Other similar libraries

Bonus Skills:
