What will you be doing? Collaborate with sales and product teams to design tailored communication solutions for customers, focusing on technical details and hands-on configuration. Perform site surveys and feasibility studies to develop optimal solutions for new maritime customers. Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of systems on maritime platforms, ensuring hands-on execution and customer satisfaction. Develop detailed documentation for solutions and services and act as a technical advisor to customers, facilitating understanding and usage of systems. Stay informed on the latest system advancements and conduct training sessions to share knowledge with both clients and internal teams. Are you the ideal candidate? Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science. 3-5 years of experience in satellite communications, particularly in maritime settings. Strong background in technical and hands-on roles, familiar with systems such as VSAT and IP networking. Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders and maintain customer-facing interactions.
