Job Summary The Specialized Software Engineer III is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs in alignment with the company’s software development lifecycle. This role collaborates with cross-functional development teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency while contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews. The engineer also prepares technical design specifications, reviews functional requirements, and provides insightful feedback to improve system performance and integrity. In addition to strong technical expertise, this position requires deep subject matter knowledge of the specified software applications, with a focus on data management, data quality, and ETL processes. Core Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience. Expertise in Snowflake with strong SQL proficiency. Extensive experience in Data Management and Data Quality frameworks. Familiarity with Snowpark for optimized data processing. Experience with Python or similar programming languages. Ability to critically review and challenge data mapping and ETL processes . Hands-on experience managing Data Management Projects , with emphasis on Data Quality and Data Controls . Proficiency in Data Profiling techniques to assess and improve data integrity. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ETL development and optimization . Background in business analysis to align technical solutions with business needs.
