About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Workday Report Developer to join our PRISM project-a statewide Workday implementation in its final stages. You’ll be responsible for developing and modifying reports to meet critical operational requirements. Essential Skills Expert-level Workday reporting capabilities (Simple, Advanced, and Matrix) Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel proficiency Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration Preferred Qualifications Previous state government Workday experience Data mapping expertise Report testing and optimization background Core Responsibilities Report Development & Management Design and modify reports based on business requirements Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues Maintain comprehensive documentation Utilize project tools (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint) Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Reporting Lead and BA to prioritize development Work closely with agency SMEs to gather requirements Coordinate testing with client functional teams Provide knowledge transfer to functional teams Project Management Manage workload independently with minimal supervision Track and communicate work progress effectively Identify and resolve potential risks and issues Estimate timelines and maintain schedules Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience Advanced Workday reporting expertise Strong data mapping and requirement gathering skills Excellent communication and analytical abilities Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Key Competencies Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills Excellence in problem-solving and troubleshooting Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and process orientation Commitment to continuous learning and industry trends This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a statewide implementation project while working with cutting-edge Workday technology.
