CounselLink Family of Products, including but notlimited to Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract LifecycleManagement (CLM), Teams Collaboration (Ask Legal), and otherrelated products sold by the CounselLink Sales Teams.
Marketexperience:
Ideal candidates will have experience inpharmaceutical, financial services, retail, technology, and/orproperty & casualty insurance markets.
The Sales Solution Architectis a technically minded sales professional who: Understands that the goal is to increase sales by solvingbusiness problems for customers; Sells services or software, or both, to address thoseproblems; Enhances credibility for both the Seller and LexisNexis, aswell as the value of our products; Communicates and demonstrates supported software within thecontext of the Customer Experience, including features, benefits,configuration, and data setup for optimal application andreporting; Works independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributingto documentation and supporting team success; Understands SaaS technologies, can interpret SOC reports, andexplain controls and hosting services to customers; Collaborates across departments to understand product use inreal-world scenarios, providing insights into how products solvecustomer problems beyond basic features; Partners with sales and proposal teams to respond to RFPs,RFIs, and security questionnaires, translating technical knowledgeinto written responses, coordinating with Proposal Managers;
Otherresponsibilities:
Deep technical knowledge of the product portfolio to supportdemonstrations and build proof of concept tools; Conducts product release training for internal and externalclients; Participates in trainings and meetings to stay updated onproducts and contribute to product development insights; Interacts with various teams to influence product offerings andmarket positioning, including representing products at industryevents and conferences; Expected travel: Up to 25-30% annually for team meetings,client calls, and industry events.
