Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party tools such as document generators, e-signature platforms, form builders, and survey tools. Troubleshoot and improve existing Salesforce applications. Participate in architectural planning and code reviews. Maintain development standards to support scalability and team collaboration. Prepare and deliver weekly progress/status reports. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and other departments.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in software/product engineering, Salesforce development, or IT roles within the high-tech industry. Certifications (Required): Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Platform Developer I Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified App Builder Application Architect Agentforce Specialist Required Skills & Technologies In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, CRM Analytics Proficiency in Salesforce development tools : Flow, Apex triggers, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components Familiarity with AppExchange and other 3rd party platforms for document generation, surveys, and more
