Senior Software Engineer (C++) – Simulation & Embedded Systems Orlando, FL | Hybrid/Onsite | US Citizens only due to government projects Join a fast-growing tech innovator shaping the future of simulation, training, and interactive software . What You’ll Do:
Design and develop real-time C++ applications for simulation and training environments. Work hands-on with hardware-integrated systems to build responsive, interactive experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, artists, and UX teams to develop interfaces and gameplay-like mechanics. Debug across multiple platforms, optimize performance, and ensure seamless hardware/software communication. Participate in code reviews , and help improve processes, tools, and product performance. Leverage your knowledge of OpenGL , Linux , and Python scripting to enhance modular tools and systems. What You Bring:
4+ years professional C++ development experience (real-time or performance-focused preferred) Strong background working with embedded systems, simulators, or hardware-connected software Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Solid understanding of system architecture, memory management, and device interaction Bonus points for: JavaScript, OpenGL, Linux experience, or any DoD modeling/simulation exposure ????
