Senior Software Engineer .NET, Game CreationJoinus in architecting and enhancing software applications that powerEA’s top titles like FC, Apex, Madden, Battlefield, NHL, and Skate.

You will collaborate with game teams across the company. Together,we will innovate and lead the future of gaming. Working onsite atour new EA Madrid Office and reporting to a Senior EngineeringManager, you will: Provide technical leadership within a software development teamto envision, architect, and build enterprise solutions that enhancegame development. You will help shape the software that supportsour games. Contribute within the product’s leadership team by creatingproduct vision, gathering requirements from partners across theentire organization, including FC, Madden, Battlefield, and centralteams such as Frostbite and EA Access. You will help develop theproduct roadmap and present it to upper management. Evaluate build versus buy and open source options to meetproject goals, ensuring that our solutions are bothcost-effective. Mentor less experienced team members throughout the softwaredevelopment process, including participating in design and codereviews, and promoting the usage of coding best practices. Yourguidance will help shape the next generation of EA developers. Oversee support and administrative actions related to theinstallation and maintenance of production systems, whileengineering solutions that require minimal support. You will ensurethat our systems are reliable. Maintain the stability of the application in production,ensuring that our games run smoothly for millions of playersworldwide. Support internal users by providing assistance and solutionsthat enhance their productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications 8+ years developing enterprise-level solutions 7+ years in database development 7+ years in source control management, including branchingstrategies. 7+ years with

SDLC/ALM

tools, such as JIRA, Perforce,Artifactory, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins. 7+ years in automated build pipelines, continuous integration,and deployment. 3+ years working with cloud platforms. (Azure preferred). 3+ years with Agile project management. B.S. in computer science or a related technical field(preferred) or equivalent experienceNice To Have Experience with automation tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, orTerraform. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with DevOps in cloud environments, automation, andconfiguration as code. Experience with AI/ML.
