Sr. Software Engineer Talento has partnered with a large organization that servicescustomers all across the globe on a search for a Sr. SoftwareEngineer. The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for thedevelopment and support of applications critical to theorganization’s operations. This role involves active participationthroughout the entire software development lifecycle, from planningand analysis to implementation and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the DigitalDirector to ensure systems are designed with a sound architectureand working closely with Business Stakeholders and the ProjectManagement Office (PMO) to deliver high-quality, timelysolutions. Responsibilities Analyze user stories to understand business requirements andtranslate them into actionable technical tasks. Estimate effort and complexity for project requirements andtasks. Develop application functionality to meet user stories andensure all acceptance criteria are satisfied. Author and maintain technical documentation for developedapplications. Ensure software architecture aligns with best practices forscalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines,infrastructure, and post-deployment performance monitoring. Maintain code quality by implementing automated testingframeworks and enforcing coding standards. Identify technical risks during planning and propose mitigationstrategies. Provide support for existing systems and follow best practicesfor issue resolution. Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of productionincidents. Mentor junior team members and consultants on technicalarchitecture and best practices. Continuously explore and integrate emerging technologies toenhance technical proficiency. Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android,ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, or related fieldrequired 5+ years of full stack development experience (.NET, Angular,SQL) Experience in relational database management (SQL Server,MySQL)and NoSQL database management (preferably Aurora /PostgreSQL) Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-class,multi-layered cloud applications (ideally AWS) Advanced knowledge of object-oriented principles, designpatterns, and enterprise systems architecture Strong experience developing, deploying, and documenting APIbased application platforms In depth knowledge of web application security principles,ensuring comprehensive system security Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communicationskills Familiarity with Agile frameworkTalento Human Capital is anequal opportunity employer people are at the center of what we do!
