Expertise into Client Script, Business Rule, Script include, UI Policy, Data Policy, Transform map, Service Catalog, Service Portal, SLA configuration, Workflow, Flow designer, Knowledge management areas. Good knowledge & hands on experience into Integration through Rest API. Strong knowledge on both development & Admin activities. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Instance Upgrade & Cloning activities. Strong communication Knowledge to get the requirements from user/ Customer end
