Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of our core platform from the ground up. This is an onsite, hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in building enterprise-grade systems while influencing the product’s technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Architect, develop, and deploy core platform components. + Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality features. + Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability. + Troubleshoot issues and implement robust solutions. + Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering best practices. + Stay current on industry trends and integrate modern technologies where appropriate. + Influence long-term system architecture and product roadmap decisions.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + 5+ years of professional software development experience. + Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and software development best practices. + Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and scalable architecture. + Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). + Familiarity with Cassandra DB is a plus. + Proficiency in source control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
