Duties:

1. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. 2. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. 3. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. 4. Develop moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments, contribute to large scale planning of strategies 5. Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. 6. Engage in the design phase to transform the legacy application into modernized application using spring boot, Rest API and Microservices. 7. Utilize Dynatrace to monitor application performance and analyze service metrics, ensuring optimal functionality and identifying areas for improvement. 10. Consume SOAP-based and RESTful web services and integrate them into the KANA tool for seamless communication and data exchange. 11. Deploy applications in a cloud environment using OpenShift and develop Groovy scripts for creating Jenkins pipelines to automate the deployment process. 12. Ability to work in Test Driven Development (TDD), efficient development and maintaining quality code and test it across different domains. 13. Create detailed documentation and serve as lead technical reviewer and contributor in requirement, design and code reviews. 14. Create software requirement documents, software design documents, technical design and unit testing documents. 15. Work on the evaluation of technical feasibility, risk assessment and requirements change management. 16. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules. 17. Develop an Influence Strategy Wizard application which can function as a decision support system 18. Coordinate with business analysts, and other programmers to assist in resolving problems with software systems. 19. Perform Unit and Integration testing on the application using various testing methodologies. 20. Develop automation test suite framework using JUnit, Log4j, Cucumber Framework and TDD approach.

Travel:

The only travel required is when relocating to within commuting distance of unanticipated client locations anywhere in the U.S. for long-term assignments.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or Computer Applications.

Experience:

60 months of experience in the job offered or in the closely related occupations of Software Associate, Senior Consultant, or Technology Analyst. Experience to include 24 months of experience in the following: 1. Using Groovy scripts for creating Jenkins pipelines to automate deployment processes and developing JMS queues for interaction with event source systems. 2. Experience with RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication, using Dynatrace to monitor application performance and analyze service metrics, integrating SOAP-based and RESTful web services into KANA for data exchange, and deploying applications on OpenShift cloud environments. 3. Experience with Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Java, Back Base Framework 4.0, XSLT, and CSS frameworks 4. Develop applications on SOA platforms, integrating SOAP web services with JAX-WS, EJB, and Spring Security.
