Job Description We are seeking a talented Integration Partnerships Coordinator
- Temp who will grow Veleras business through strategic partnerships with core banking, online banking and Fintech providers.
This individual will scan internal and external product landscape and find opportunities to improve product capabilities and integrations, and develop short and long-term strategies to ensure seamless and cohesive offerings. The incumbent and their team will also partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop a product commercialization and adoption strategy. Further, the Integration Partnerships Coordinator will participate in the API management process for development and deployment of APIs and will be required to effectively communicate API integration concepts, functionality, and options with 3rd party providers, partners, clients and prospects. They will also be responsible for statement of work, management, and financial monitoring of select Velera integration partners for long-term and short-term engagements. With minimal oversight, the individual in this role will supervise non-direct reports to achieve department objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape in the payments and technology industry. Foresee trends to factor into Veleras product integration strategy; Develop, implement new and creative approaches to growing business through integration.
- Build and deliver comprehensive presentations and strategic recommendations to senior management for growing and improving third party integration; Provide guidance to existing clients, and sales prospects with respect to using Veleras integration offering.
- Work with key executives, stakeholders, vendors, partners, and industry executives to decide strategic approach/opportunities to drive Veleras overall portfolio of products into and across channels; Assess ability to use existing organic product sets, leverage partner product sets, and maintain a detailed dashboard on relationship status, roadmap and integration projects.
- Oversee partner relationships through integration programs, having a strong partnership approach in all engagements, effectively building stickiness though enhanced integration and understanding industry direction; Work directly with Vendor Management and Legal on Non-disclosure agreements, contracts, statements of work, and reseller agreements on behalf of vendors.
- Scan Velera and partner products to identify white space opportunities with vendors and use relationships to develop and implement a plan to meet the need; Ensure that vendor needs are supported within the organization and integrated into operational processes.
- Partner with Product Managers to develop enterprise view of product capability sets; Understand the current assigned product set and capitalize on its capabilities; Define additional business value related to how products can integrate with existing or new business partners; Identify and qualify new products and related services that can be consumed by partners.
- Develop services configurable view of current products/feature sets to enable product level rationalization and bundling strategy; Represent the value proposition of integration internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain resource material for credit unions and client facing teams including marketing material, presentations, business level explanations of technical information; Present integration (API, SSO, etc.) and other details as required via on-site visits, webinars, white papers, use cases, and published articles; Be the point of contact for internal partners related to vendor needs.
- Partner with Solutions Consulting and Sales teams to prioritize, customize, and develop a phased approach to commercialization and adoption of new products and capabilities.
- Educate organization and Velera clients with enterprise/big picture understanding of Velera products; Partner with internal and external teams to research, pursue and pilot emerging product features and technologies via creative integration.
- Function as a Velera Ambassador by representing Velera at client sales meetings, client visits, Annual Forum, trade shows, industry events, and card association functions as necessary.
- Develop and manage to resource plans that support the accomplishment of department objectives.
- Develop job descriptions and participate in the hiring process for staffing of open positions.
- Provide oversight/mentorship of team members in completion of day-to-day responsibilities, and ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- BA/BS degree in MIS, Business, Management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, program management, or a client-facing role.
- 10+ years of experience with payment and/or card processing technology solutions, or banking industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in banking or credit union industry required.
- Strong experience providing full integration solutions with client cores, with both APIs and files.
