  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead engineering teams and provide leadership across multiple projects
• Own complete solutions throughout their entire life cycle
• Collaborate with product managers and teams to solve complex problems for enterprise-class applications
• Conduct design sessions and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering
• Utilize various programming languages and Azure tools to develop and maintain systems
  What is Required (Qualifications):
• Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
• 6+ years of professional software development experience within a Java framework
• 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design of systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
• Knowledge of security protocols and products, including Active Directory and OAuth
• Experience in leveraging PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
• Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
