This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs, designing and implementing integration solutions, and ensuring that all systems work together seamlessly. Integration Strategy Development o Develop and implement integration strategies to align IT systems with business goals. o Identify and evaluate integration opportunities to enhance business processes. Project Management o Manage and oversee integration projects from initiation to completion. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. o Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Technical Leadership o Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, including data integration, application integration, and business process integration. o Develop and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices. o Provide technical expertise and guidance on integration issues. SQL Programming o Write, test, and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support data integration and reporting needs. o Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency. o Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues. INFOR Visual ERP Software o Utilize INFOR Visual ERP Software for business process integration. o Manage and configure INFOR Visual ERP to meet business requirements. o Provide support and training to users of the INFOR Visual ERP system. Experience o Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. o Proven experience in managing complex integration projects. o Strong experience with SQL programming and database management. o Experience with INFOR Visual ERP Software is required. o Experience with Paycor timekeeping is a plus. o Experience in shipbuilding and ship repair is desired.
