We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with experience in construction projects across various sectors, including commercial, multi-family, and hospitality. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and present architectural designs and concepts for projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for each project.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to enhance design approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in architectural design, particularly in construction, commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
