We are seeking a skilled Epicor Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Epicor solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Epicor applications to fulfill business requirements
Collaborate with business units to analyze and document processes and requirements
Provide application support and troubleshooting as necessary
Design and implement system configurations and data management strategies
Create and maintain reports to facilitate decision-making
Conduct user training sessions for new features and functionalities
Integrate Epicor with other systems and applications as needed
Optimize workflows and processes within the Epicor system
Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Epicor Developer
Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Epicor
Experience with application support and troubleshooting
Knowledge of business process analysis and optimization
Familiarity with user training methodologies
Skills in data management and system configuration
Ability to create reports and perform data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
