OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicatedfull-stack developer to join ATLARGE. You will be tasked withcreating fully functional web applications from in-house designs,including developing all of the necessary functionality. This roleis for a person based in the UK, and is entirelyremote.
Responsibilities include ensuring all relevant functionalityworks as expected and that the web application displays well on arange of screen resolutions, from mobile to desktop.
As a full-stackdeveloper, you will work as part of a team to implement newfeatures, as well as make modifications and fix bugs in existingcode. Your duties will include helping sales and projects teamsestimate and plan work, scoping tasks for other team members,writing code to power underlying functionality, reviewing work anddeveloping other members of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIESBelow are someof the responsibilities a full-stack developer is expected toassume in their position: Architect new software solutions to fulfill projectrequirements Maintain legacy code written by other developers, including bugfixes Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existingprojects Provide adequate documentation for each task and project usingprovided software Follow applicable time-tracking standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
&SKILLSETSBelow are the qualifications and skills that are expected: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or arelated technical field. Strong knowledge of front-end web programming languages. Bootstrap SASS Grunt/Yarn Excellent knowledge and commercial experience with: PHP and frameworks like Symfony, CMSs like Drupal andWordPress. DBAL, such as doctrine and database optimisation. RESTful and SOAP APIs (construction and consumption). Design patterns and best practices (MVC, TDD, BDD). Package management (Composer, NPM, etc). Version control (GIT) and GIT flow. Local development using Docker and Lando.
