Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for developing and or maintaining applications. This will include following the full life cycle development as well as production support activities:
Development, testing, and debugging of high complexity application modules.
Updating / developing proper documentation for each effort (including technical specifications, disaster recovery documentation, etc).
Overseeing peer code reviews for the team, ensuring Project / Team / Technology-wide / IT Risk Management standards are followed.
Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staffs at the highest technical level.
Works with other team members, including other developers, BAs, SMEs, and technical architects.
Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.
Qualifications Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years software development experience required.
Development experience in Java, JavaScript or J2EE.
Database development experience in Oracle or MS SQL Server.
Experience in Data Modeling a strong plus.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Focused on process improvement.
