Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pentaho Developer with strong experience in Data Integration and Business Intelligence development using the Pentaho BI Suite. The ideal candidate will bring of Oracle databases, SQL scripting, and Pentaho toolsets. This is a Day 1 onsite position based in Lake Mary, Florida , and offers a long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BI solutions using the full Pentaho toolset (Kettle, Metadata Editor, Report Designer, Schema Workbench, etc.) Perform analysis, design, testing, and development of data integration and BI front-end applications Administer, configure, and maintain multiple Pentaho environments Write and optimize complex Oracle
SQL/PLSQL
queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot BI/data integration issues Create and maintain Windows batch scripts and Unix shell scripts as needed
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of IT experience in Business Intelligence and Data Integration Strong hands-on expertise in Pentaho BI Suite (Kettle, Report Designer, Schema Workbench, etc.) Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Experience with SQL performance tuning Familiarity with scripting in Windows and Unix environments Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
