Job Description
The ServiceNow Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and tools. This role requires a strong technical background in integration development, API design, and software development, as well as experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Design, develop, and test integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and tools using various integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON)
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and other integration interfaces to support data exchange between systems
- Configure and customize ServiceNow to support integration requirements, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support integration logic and data processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging and testing integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements
- Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and integration development

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300
- $157,550.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
