IS Engagement Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead in IT, Service Delivery, Strategy alignment to drive tactical solutions and stakeholder management
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert in relevant area of responsibility of Vistex/OTC, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or project new software.
- Deep and hands on knowledge in all areas of Vistex/OTC domain.
- Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams.
- Building, designing, examining, and implementing well organized and structured IT applications to meet business needs.
- Specialist to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases.
- Understands the related business processes in detail and applies this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities
- Lead configuration sessions with process SMEs, demoing new or changed configured process scenarios in SAP, aligned to Global processes.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and turn the business requirement more towards effective solution architecture.
Qualifications for the role
Master’s Degree/Certification in information management, computer systems, business engineering with 5+ years relevant work experience or Bachelors with relevant work experience of 10+ years of ERP implementations.
7+ years of progressive Vistex experience is must and SAP SD experience is required, with a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation.
Extensive experience in configuring order management, pricing, availability checking, partner determination, output determination, copy control and contracts. Familiar with BAPIs, IDOCs and integration to PI.
Solid understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure-To-Pay (PTP) processes, SD/MM pricing configuration/routines, and FICO integration.
Sufficient knowledge of ABAP programming is preferred.
Experience in SAP SD configuration; SAP Vistex Configuration, knowledge of ABAP preferred including familiarity with EDI/IDOCs, and integration with PI; recent, relevant, hands-on experience is preferred.
Exposure of Knowledge of programming and design techniques, including structured and object-oriented programming including BADIs/User Exits etc.
