Job Description:

Job Description Assist customers in the proper selection ofproducts as they relate to systems as well as to discretecomponents.

• Assist customers in the application, installation,start up, calibration, troubleshooting, and problem solving ofproducts and related systems.
• Travel, as required, to determineproduct potentials and customer needs and assist in the sale ofproducts and systems.
• Maintain proper communication with allsales territories to ensure systems application assistance isprovided as may be required in sales plans.
• Present products,systems, and problem solutions to customers at conferences asscheduled by sales personnel.
• Assist in promotion activitiesincluding product literature reviews and industry functions such astrade shows, technical conferences, and schools.
• Activelyparticipate in interfacing and communicating with marketingpersonnel and project teams to provide market feedback forsuccessful product specifications and development.
• Survey anddefine market needs.
• Assist in market research and competitiveinformation collection, as required.
• Present technical papers atindustry conferences, as required.
• Assist in creating sales toolsincluding application notes.
• Lead other application specialistsin daily activities.

Requriements:

• BSEE or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience as Application Specialist -Systems, or ten years equivalent experience and working knowledgeof generating power systems and analog and digital circuitry.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of time in assigned salesterritories.
