What You’ll Do Lead and manage system integrations, ensuring seamless transitions within defined timelines and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams, software partners, and acquisition teams to document workflows, assess existing processes, and implement best practices. Act as the primary product owner for ERP/CRM systems, building configurations/settings, evaluating and implementing released functionality, continuously training on new features and tools, and ensuring system compatibility across all programs. Establish and document standardized workflows for acquired teams to optimize operations. Provide training and support to existing and newly acquired teams on tools, systems, and workflows. Maintain Issues Log, troubleshoot system challenges, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Manage data migration, including cleansing, formatting, and reconciling data from Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams for ERP/CRM imports. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, project timelines, and open action items to ensure smooth transitions to ongoing support teams and communicate with all levels of the organization. While maintaining week-to-week implementation activities, also driving long-term continuous process improvements and goals. Support broader integration initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience with ERP/CRM systems or in a Product Owner role. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Experience managing large datasets and troubleshooting import issues. Expertise in data reconciliation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Understanding of APIs and troubleshooting errors. Strong technical problem-solving skills, including experience with relational database design, logic-based programming, and enterprise systems analysis.
