Do:
As our Lead DevOps Engineer
, you ll drive the backbone of next-gen telecom systems from zero-downtime deployments to scalable, resilient microservices in the cloud.
Architect and lead the buildout of production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS
Define, evangelize, and enforce DevOps best practices in a telecom environment (OSS/BSS, CNFs, VNFs)
Build secure and scalable Kubernetes control plane components
, operators, and CRDs
Use Helm, Terraform, Ansible to automate everything from provisioning to monitoring
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) tailored to telecom workloads
Collaborate with solution architects to containerize and deploy telco applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, reliability, and security
Lead incident response and infrastructure post-mortems
Mentor a growing DevOps team, fostering innovation and technical excellence
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity
Mastery of Kubernetes (CKA-level knowledge) and real-world experience with AWS EKS
Deep CI/CD chops with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD
Hands-on experience with Terraform
, Ansible
, and Helm
Cloud fluency in AWS
, bonus if familiar with Google Cloud Platform/Azure
Strong Linux fundamentals (RHCE-level), shell scripting, and networking skills
Programming in Go or Python
