Required Education and Experience
7+ years of full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
3+ years of experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL/Postgres, Storage Accounts)
Preferred Education and Experience
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Solutions Architect)
Experience with Azure Static Web Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps
Familiarity with frontend state management (Redux, Context API) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
Knowledge of TypeScript, Vite, and serverless architectures
General Requirements
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and Azure DevOps tools
Proven experience leading engineering teams through full project lifecycles
Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural decision-making
Essential Functions
Design and implement secure, scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL aligned with Azure best practices
Lead deployment, optimization, and management of cloud infrastructure on Azure
Oversee full-stack development from UI/UX to backend API design
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Implement monitoring, security protocols, and cost optimization strategies
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster agile practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements
