Job Description

The Microsoft Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components. This Specialist will be working with internal and external stakeholders to create and support business applications, dynamic reports, and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse. The depth and scope of this role provides a great opportunity for advancement throughout the organization for the person that demonstrates the right attitude and aptitude for learning.

Responsibilities include:

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives. Build, deploy, and support Microsoft Power Platform custom applications. Work with Service Management to provide support across Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams. Integrate Microsoft Power Platform Solutions with other enterprise applications. Provide training and support to end-users. Identify areas for improvement and communicate professionally with stakeholders after ideas are generated. Gather requirements and approval from stakeholders. Adhere to internal change management processes. Set and adhere to milestones and project management needs. Communicate with stakeholders during project development and maintenance. Create applicable documentation and perform testing activities. Support all solutions collaboratively regardless of owner or creator.

Key skills and knowledge:

Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Dataverse Understanding of security within Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform applications Proficient in using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others Skilled at communicating technical information in terms understandable to non-technical end-users as well as requirements gathering for solution design Experienced at training others to use specialized software SharePoint & SharePoint Designer experience/knowledge ShareGate experience Service Management System experience Familiar with Microsoft Azure services Proficient in testing and debugging techniques to ensure reliability and performance quality

2-3 years of experience in CRM industry 1-2 years hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales/Power Platform solutions Experience building custom apps for Dynamics 365/Power Platform using Canvas and/or Model Driven frameworks Experience working with business teams to gather business requirements to build solutions Daily and punctual attendance is required: Remote work, but must be able to coordinate with teams in multiple time zones On time and prepared for all scheduled meetings

Work may involve sitting for extended periods of time, typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have enough mobility. Including bending, reaching, kneeling to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and may include lifting thirty (30) pounds, as necessary.
