How you will create impact:

As the Principal GenAI Solutions Architect, you will shape thestrategy and development of AIG’s next-generation AI-drivensolutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in designing end-to-endarchitectures that span multiple lines of business, transforminghow we deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient businessapplications. By driving the integration of cloud, AI, andcutting-edge technologies, you’ll help ensure our solutions alignwith enterprise standards and position AIG at the forefront ofindustry innovation.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing the architecture and roadmap for multiple large ormid-sized business applications, ensuring they align with AIG’sGenAI strategy and enterprise standards. Leading the development of technical and functional solutionarchitectures, covering areas such as cloud, security, risk,compliance, integration, DevOps, and automation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement bestpractices and principles that support AI/ML integration and drivebusiness transformation. Guiding the creation, adoption, and dissemination ofarchitecture standards across the organization, influencingengineering teams and senior leadership. Overseeing the end-to-end execution of architectureinitiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals andmaximizing the business value of AI-driven solutions. What is needed to be successful: You have extensive experience leading the architecture, design,and roadmap of large-scale business applications or functionaltechnology solutions, with a focus on secure architecture and AIintegration with Agile and lean methodologies. You are highly proficient in managing end-to-end architecture(functional, logical, and physical) for multiple businessapplications across different geographies and programsizes. You are skilled in collaborating with stakeholders across theorganization to drive the adoption of AI/ML and cloud-nativetechnologies, ensuring alignment with EA/ITIL frameworks andstandards (enterprise, ethical, and responsible AI). You have experience managing technical solution architecture inhybrid environments, integrating both on-prem and cloud-based (AWS)infrastructure to create secure and scalable solutions, withadvanced knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs,Microservices, Open Data, and DevSecOps. You are an experienced leader who excels at providing strategicdirection to architecture initiatives and mentoring junior teammembers.

You have experience working with highly regulated industriesand are familiar with the unique challenges of implementing AIsolutions in these environments. You are knowledgeable about ethical standards and controls forGenerative AI and have successfully implemented AI/ML models withinlarge enterprises. You have familiarity and experience with business and Insurancefunctions such as channel and distribution, submission and filemanagement, price and quote, policy and service, forms ecosystems,claims, money movement, billing and collections, finance ledgersand reporting, reinsurance, data modeling and usage, actuarial,shared business platforms, corporate systems.
