Salary Range:
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary annually (depending on experience) About the
Role:
We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with RPA, a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), and a strong ability to translate business processes into scalable automation workflows. Experience with Appian or other BPM tools is highly preferred . As a senior member of our automation team, you will play a critical role in shaping intelligent automation strategies and delivering impactful automation solutions that drive operational efficiency across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and build scalable bots. Ensure all automation components align with compliance, security, and development standards. Build and maintain reusable libraries and templates to accelerate development cycles. Lead peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to RPA Center of Excellence. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed bots in production environments. Partner with BPM architects to integrate RPA solutions with Appian workflows and processes (if applicable). Provide technical guidance and best practices for automation governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework). Proven experience designing and deploying complex RPA solutions in enterprise environments. Proficiency in
VB.NET/C
#, Python, or similar programming languages. Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration patterns. Familiarity with SQL Server, Excel, and data manipulation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Appian BPM, process modeling, or integrations is highly desirable. UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or equivalent). Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY, Document Understanding), and attended/unattended bot orchestration. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Background in financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing industries a plus.
