SME Workday Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead architect across all Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Finance). Translate complex business requirements into well-architected Workday solutions and integration designs. Lead the Workday system roadmap and strategy discussions, including configuration, security, and data models. Evaluate and recommend enhancements, system upgrades, or new module implementations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and optimize existing Workday processes. Review and approve detailed functional and technical designs, including custom reports and calculated fields. Partner with integration teams to support Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security best practices within Workday solutions. Provide oversight and mentorship to Workday analysts, configuration specialists, and consultants. Support UAT, regression testing, and change management efforts for system enhancements and releases. Act as Workday SME in cross-functional transformation projects and enterprise architecture initiatives. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.77/hour – $71.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
