CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer DevOps opening for our client in Atlanta, GA.

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Duration:

8 months

Duties:

Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend for integration with Snowflake.
Implement and manage DevOps processes including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) using GitLab.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and streamline application development and deployment.
Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability by performing Unix-based scripting and troubleshooting.
Monitor and optimize SQL queries for efficient data access and transformation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for secure, high-quality code delivery.

Skills:

Proficiency with Talend for ETL development.
Strong working knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing.
Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and transformation.
Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline configuration and maintenance.
Knowledge of DevOps principles and automation tools.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in application development with a focus on data integration and DevOps practices.
Proven track record of working on enterprise-grade ETL and deployment systems.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
