Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Certinia PSA Developer/PSA QATester for an opportunity with a client located in Indian Creek,IL.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and managing Certinia, includingworkflows, customizations, and automations, as well as user roles,profiles, and permissions Creating and maintaining Apex code,triggers, and flows to support new Certinia features andintegrations Ensuring seamless integration of Certinia with otherenterprise applications, including Salesforce and other financialsystems Providing technical support and troubleshooting forCertinia PSA, including addressing user issues and implementing bugfixes Creating reports and dashboards to monitor data quality,track key performance indicators, and provide insights tostakeholders Planning and executing changes to the Certiniaplatform, including upgrades and new feature implementationsWorking closely with stakeholders, including business users,consultants, and other IT teams, to gather requirements, designsolutions, and ensure successful implementation Creating andrunning test cases to ensure the PSA software functions correctlyand meets requirements Locating and documenting bugs, errors, andusability issues, and working with developers to resolve themVerifying that the software meets specified business requirementsand is user-friendly Working with developers, project managers, andother stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the softwaredevelopment life cycle Reviewing documentation to understand systemrequirements and aligning testing strategies accordingly Ensuringthat new releases and updates don’t introduce new defects and thatthe software performs optimally under various conditions

Requirements:

Recent hands-on experience in custom development,implementing advanced features, and writing robust Apex code withinCertinia / FinancialForce PSA beyond standard configurations on theSalesforce platform Proven expertise in developing and optimizingenterprise-level applications utilized by hundreds of concurrentusers, ensuring high performance and scalability Solidunderstanding of Certinia products and processes, includingProjects, Milestones, Assignment, Resource Requests, BillingEvents, Timecards, and foundational exposure to CPQ functionalitiesRecent experience in Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) is requiredfor all openings Recent experience in automation testing,scripting, Provar and Certinia / FinancialForce PSA QA TestingDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforcesolutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
